Share alarm codes, photographs, previous repair records and a description of the affected movement. Do not operate unsafe equipment solely to reproduce a fault for a video.

Testing and certification requirements

State whether your site requires load testing, third-party inspection or witnessed functional checks. These are separate requirements to confirm in the quotation, not automatic outcomes of a repair.
